maureen-pham_-spring-22-career-center-intern-in-text.jpgDespite many universities’ regression to online education at the beginning of this semester, the Mount remained open in person. Welcome back! The Career Center is prepared to help you navigate a successful spring 2022 semester. Take full advantage of the resources at your fingertips!

The Career Center strives to assist all Mount students in their professional journey. Need to practice your interview skills, unsure about your direction, have questions about LinkedIn, or want guidance on your internship search? We’re here for you in McGowan 240 in the same hallway where you picked up your textbooks.

The Career Center offers several ways to get help. You can schedule either a virtual or in-person appointment. Another option is our Drop-In Hours every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Career Center and on Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m. virtually. Trained student career coaches are eager to help you.

Looking for help with your cover letter or resume? Need to practice an interview with someone other than your roommate? Unsure of how to search for an internship or already overwhelmed with the spring semester? Schedule an appointment today! Our professional staff will collaborate with you one-on-one. We work with you during the times that work best for you between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Looking forward, the Career Center hosts a series of events and programs available to all Mount students. Among them is our first in-person Career Fair since March 2020. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet potential employers face-to-face. Don’t miss out! If you are unsure about going alone, encourage a friend to go with you. The Career Center even offers a pre-Career Fair prep-workshop to boost your confidence.

Check out our workshop topics and dates that run throughout the spring 2022 semester:
